Bonding with Matthew

There have been many changes since Megan’s arrival. We are still kept busy and breathless after 2 months, and we probably will continue to be so for a long time to come.

But while we’re trying to adapt to the new situation, we sometimes forget that perhaps the person who is having the most difficult time adjusting is Matthew. Gone are the days where he has 100% attention from all the adults in the family.

We try our best to give Matthew the attention he was used to as much as we can afford. And some positive results have surfaced. Our relationship seems to have improved now, and I am thankful for it.

Sweet moments aside, Matthew is still the cheeky clown he always is, and I love him for that…
